Bali Building Solutions is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive quantity take-offs and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, encompassing materials, labor, and equipment.
- Prepare and analyze tender documents, bills of quantities, and contract documentation.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure precise project cost forecasting and budgeting.
- Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive prices and maintain cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor project expenses, diligently track variations, and deliver timely cost reports to project stakeholders.
- Participate actively in value engineering exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities while upholding quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation of interim and final payment claims.
- Conduct thorough site visits and assessments to verify project progress and compliance with contractual specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers, providing expert advice on cost implications and value management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quantity surveying.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Exhibit a strong command of construction materials, processes, and cost management principles.
- Proficiency in quantity take-off software and cost estimation tools.
- Display meticulous attention to detail and precision in work.
- Possess strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Exhibit the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SNI and regulations
- Being SKA licensed looked upon favorably
