Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Data team. As part of our team, you will build web-based applications for reporting purposes. Our technology stack consists of various programming languages (PHP, Javascript), popular frameworks (Symfony), database systems (MySQL, Redshift, DynamoDB) and client pivoting solutions (Flexmonster)

  1. Work with the team members to translate existing requirements into reporting tools and services according to the client’s needs 
  2. Develop new features and updates for our reporting tools and APIs 
  3. Maintain the existing tool and services backend 
  4. Collaborate with members of the team to help them identify performance bottlenecks and suggest product improvements 
  5. Participate in the design and requirements specification for the team’s ETL system and data warehouse 

Qualifications

Detail Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of experience working with PHP 
  2. Previous experience working with MVC frameworks (Symfony )
  3. 3+ years of experience working with JavaScript/jQuery 
  4. Experience working with HTML/CSS 
  5. Very good SQL and basic RDBMS design experience 
  6. Strong OOP skills 
  7. Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  8. Good debugging and testing skills
  9. Knowledge of web application security concepts and best practices 
  10. Experience with UI/UX design 

Would be a plus: 

  1. Experience with Git 
  2. Experience with Gitlab CI/CD 
  3. Knowledge of REST, JWT, HTTP Basic/Bearer Auth 
  4. Experience with NoSQL solutions 
  5. Experience with Amazon Web Services 
  6. Familiar with Jira, Confluence
