A Network engineer’s role is to plan, implement, and manage the day-to-day support and maintenance of network and core services. Cloud network engineer are also responsible for choosing the best cloud expertise and scaling cloud services to meet the increasing demands of businesses.
Job Descriptions:
- Analyze and troubleshoot network customer problems.
- Perform installation and configuration, maintenance.
- Make a technical report regarding the work that has been done.
- Consult with customer to discover growth strategies.
- Resolve any network issue.
- Monitor network performance and utilization.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in System Ifor prontegrator, Cloud Provider or IT Managed Service Company.
- Deep knowledge in network routing, switching, security, wireless and voice (Cisco).
- Hands on implementing product from CISCO, Ruckus, Huawei and Forti.
- Have experience Monitoring System, either on Zabbix, Grafana, Manage Engine, Nagios, Network Analyzer or Cacti.
- Preferred have understanding about Network on Virtualization (VMware / HyperV development and operation).
- Proactive, team player, good english and communication skill.
- Excellent analytics and troubleshooting skill.
- Familiarity with network protocols and services such as TCP/IP, DNS, proxies, and DHCP.
- Solid understanding of protocols, devices, commands, topologies, methodologies, and best practices in networking.
- Ability to handle network vulnerabilities
- Hold CCNA certificate, NSE 3-4 or equivalent is a must.
