Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in design and construction contractual and costing matters, ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  2. Assist in preparing project cost for project feasibility study
  3. Oversee the preparation and monitoring of project feasibility study, cost budget and cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work and adjust feasibility study projections accordingly
  4. Perform and provide supervision to all design and construction contractual matter, tendering and procurements procedures (i.e. contracts, cost control, cashflow, project budgeting, project administrations, claims, cost analysis, etc).
  5. Manage and supervise all design and construction contract documentation and agreement, as well as provide support in the drafting of specifications, bills of quantities and other tender requirements
  6. Advise and resolve design & construction requests for equitable adjustment, contract disputes and contract claims
  7. Manage design & construction contracts including progress and variation payment claims, change orders, variation orders, extension of time, etc
  8. Liaise with Consultants / Contractors / Suppliers on contractual matters including payment claims, change orders, variation orders, extension of time, etc.

Job Requirements:

  1. Certification in Building Management, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
  2. Minimum 10 Years of relevant working experience as Contract Manager in the Real Estate industry.
  3. Good knowledge of standard conditions of contracts for real estate development projects.
  4. Eye for details and accuracy.
  5. Focused, diligent and a positive attitude.
  6. Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia and English
  7. Willing to work in Denpasar, Bali
