Job Description

HIGHLIGHTS

  4. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  5. Required language(s): English
  6. At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  7. Required Skill(s): Java Script, NestJs/ Typescript , React Js, React Native, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Git, AWS, Security.
  8. Good experience with large scale distributed system (preferably Kubernetes).
  9. Significant experience with Docker or other container runtimes.
  10. Experience in CI/CD pipelines and testing automation.
  11. Experience in deployment in AWS development or production environment preferable.
  12. REST API/GRAPH QL.
  13. End to end front end architecture of frontend/backend microservices.
  14. SQL and NO SQL databases.
  15. Web 3 Integrations knowledge is preferable.

   RESPONSIBILITIES 

TO LEAD

  1. Lead weekly sprints.
  2. Sprint planning
  3. Daily scrum /standup
  4. Monitor and work with all IT coders and professionals to give guidance and directions
  5. Motivate them to reach desired result.
  6. Make critical decisions with CTO/Head of Teach.
  7. Proper allocation of resources.to keep within budget,
  8. Meet milestone and deadlines.

TECHNICAL

  1. Ensure security in the code and code environment.
  2. Refactoring and Documentation.
  3. Solutions architecture and tech stack including new emerging software engineering technologies.
  4. GIT and version control
  5. Debugging if nrcessary.

 PEOPLE WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

  2. Likes to code and build features and functionalities.
  3. Leadership .

 NATURE OF WORK  

  1. To report to CTO/ Head of Tech and CEO
  2. Work independently and meet datelines regarding deployment of features functionalities.
  3. Remote Work and constant communication  throughout the day.
